Premier Sports Academy ("we," "our," or "us") operates the Premier Sports mobile application and web platform (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our Service.
We collect information you provide directly to us when you create an account, including your name, email address, phone number, and role within the organization (player, parent, coach, or administrator). For player accounts, we may also collect date of birth, physical measurements, athletic performance data, position information, and health-related data relevant to sports participation.
We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve our Service, including to manage team rosters, schedules, communications, player assessments, workout tracking, and program administration. We use your email address and phone number to send notifications related to your team activities, schedules, and account management.
Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a cloud database platform with enterprise-grade security. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. All data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections.
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share your information within the Premier Sports Academy organization, including with coaches, administrators, and other authorized staff members, solely for the purpose of program management. Player performance data and measurements are shared only with authorized coaching and training staff.
Our Service may be used by minors under the age of 18 with parental consent. Parent or guardian accounts are linked to player accounts, and parents maintain access to and control over their child's information. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent.
You may access, update, or delete your personal information at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Upon request, we will delete your account and associated data from our systems. You may opt out of non-essential communications at any time.
Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties. We use the following third-party services: Supabase (database and authentication), Netlify (web hosting), and standard analytics tools to improve our Service.
